S.African NEPI In Negotiations To Acquire The Lakeview Building

South-African investment fund New Europe Property Investment (NEP.RO) is in negotiations to acquire The Lakeview offices in Bucharest, owned by US group AIG Lincoln and businessman Dinu Patriciu, according to a statement sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange Wednesday.
