SIF Crisana-Banat Transfers 5% Of Its Assets To Cyprus-Registered Firm

Romanian regional investment fund SIF Crisana-Banat (SIF1.RO) transferred its majority stakes in nine companies listed on the Rasdaq market in Bucharest to SIF Imobiliare Limited, a newly created firm registered in Cyprus.
