Supreme Court Rejects Polus Real Estate’s Request For Liquidation Of Cartierul Tineretului Project

The Supreme Court has rejected the request for the dissolution of company Cartierul Tineretului Cluj SRL, submitted by real estate developer Polus Real Estate SRL, through which the latter targeted the liquidation of the patrimony and its distribution among associates.
