Transactions With Office Spaces Exceeding 5,000 Square Meters Up 28% In 2013-Esop

The total volume of transactions with office spaces exceeding 5,000 square meters rose 28% in 2013, compared with a 3% hike in 2012 and a 9% increase in 2011, according to the data provided by consulting firm Esop Consulting.
