UniCredit Business Partner Rents 10,000 Sqm In Novo Park

UniCredit Business Partner, the back-office unit of the UniCredit group, rented 10,000 square meters in Bucharest’s Novo Park, the largest transaction on the office market so far in 2011.

The four-story building was constructed following an investment of EUR15 million, and it will be occupied starting November this year.

Novo Park is owned by Romanian developer Genesis Development, controlled by local businessman Liviu Tudor.

The office complex, located in the northern area of Pipera, includes seven buildings with a total surface of 70,000 sqm. Other tenants include Kraft, Procter & Gamble, Hewlett-Packard, Raiffeisen, Infineon, Garanti Group, Yokagawa, ITC Networks/Luxoft, Eurest, Ringier and Veolia Water.
