Urdareanu Sells UTI HQ In Downtown Bucharest To Greek Millionaire

Businessman Tiberiu Urdareanu, who controls the UTI group, a business worth almost EUR160 million in 2010, is negotiating the sale of the UTI Headquarters building in downtown Bucharest to a Greek millionaire, a deal put at some EUR20 million, sources on the real estate market say.
