Archer Daniels Midland Acquires Full Ownership Of Two Black Sea Export Terminals

U.S-based grain trader Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) has reached an agreement to acquire complete ownership of export terminals North Star Shipping and Minmetal at the Romanian Port of Constanta, enhancing the company’s presence on the European market, the company said in a statement.
