Bucharest’s Old Town: Where To?

Six of the best known hangouts in Bucharest’s Old Town, including the City Grill restaurant on Lipscani Street, the Biutiful bar and Club Fire, closed last week, once President Klaus Iohannis promulgated a law prohibiting the operation of bars, restaurants and coffee shops in buildings too weak to withstand earthquakes.
