Carrefour’s Boss Does Not See Any Significant Rise In Consumer Spending

Francois Melchior de Polignac, who took the reins of Carrefour Romania less than a year ago says that he does not expect any significant increase in the local consumer spending this year. The 38-year old French executive who is running a business worth more than EUR1 billion is not the only one to think so.
