Cigarette Black Market Down To 13% In January, From 15% In Nov 2011

The value of the Romanian cigarette black market shrank in January to 13% of the total sales, from 15% in November 2011, cigarette producer JTI Romania announced Thursday, citing a study by research company Novel.
