Cigarette Smuggling Picks Up In July, Reaching 17% Of Market, Highest In 3 Years

The cigarette black market in Romania picked up the pace in July, reaching 17% of the local market, from 16.1% in May and around 14% at the end of 2013, reaching its highest level in three years, according to a study by research company Novel released Tuesday.
