DTZ Echinox: Occupancy Rate Of Bucharest Modern Retail Stock At 96%

The modern retail stock in Bucharest reached 1.225 million sqm at the end of 2016, after the openings of Parklake Plaza and Veranda Shopping Center, thus, the occupancy rate stood at 96%, according to a study by DTZ Echinox.
