Galaxy Tobacco Wins Case Against Romanian Tax Authority Regarding Unpaid Taxes

Galaxy Tobacco has won a case against Romania’s tax authority ANAF, in which the state claimed 500 million lei (EUR112.4 million) in unpaid taxes from the cigarette maker. The sum doubled following overdue payment penalties.
