Intersnack Sales Could Double In 2011 After Nutline Acquisition

The sales of Intersnack, one of the largest companies on the savory snacks market, with around EUR37 million in revenue last year, could double in 2011 after the acquisition of Alka’s seeds and nuts division Nutline, at the end of last year. Now the plants in Brasov, Bucharest and Filipestii de Padure churn out around half a million bags of products per day and consumption is showing signs of revival.
