Kingfisher Won't Proceed With Mr Bricolage Acquisition

British DIY retailer Kingfisher will not proceed with the acquisition of Mr Bricolage, following the opposition of ANPF, which owns 41.9% in the French company, which did not extend the antitrust clearance deadline set for March 31.
