Possession Of Over 40 Liters Of Ethyl Alcohol Outside Fiscal Warehouse To Be Punished

The possession of more than 40 liters of ethyl alcohol, used to make alcoholic beverages, which are not registered with a fiscal warehouse, is punishable by one to four years in prison, according to a draft ordinance amending the Romanian Tax Code.
