Private Label Sales Near EUR1.5B

The big winners of the local retail market, where price has been the most important factor in buying decisions over the last three years, are the private labels of the major retailers, an almost EUR1.5 billion market. The Aro, Marca 1 or Clever products, more and more often found in the shopping carts of Romanians, currently account for 9% of the fast moving consumer goods market, according to research company GfK.
