Top-Performing Hypermarkets Are Located In Working Class Districts

Cora Lujerului (Militari), Auchan Titan, Carrefour Orhideea and Real Vitan are the stores with the highest sales of the four hypermarket chains in Romania, whose annual sales amount to EUR2.5 billion. The stores located in the “working class districts” of Bucharest are the top performers for these companies, a Ziarul Financiar analysis reveals.
