Romaero Plans To Transfer Three Plots To State In Deal To Write Off Some Debts

The management of Romanian aircraft parts maker Romaero (RORX.RO) has summoned the company’s shareholders at a meeting scheduled for November 18 to approve a decision to transfer three plots of land to the state in a move to settle some payment obligations to the general consolidated budget.
