Romania does not have an industry support and development program as do Poland, Hungary and Czech Republic, says Valer Blidar, the owner of rolling stock manufacturer Astra Vagoane Calatori in Arad (western Romania) and one of the few entrepreneurs still involved in the country’s industry.
