Romania’s Antitrust Watchdog Slaps Sugar Companies With RON52M Fines For Price Fixing

Romania’s Competition Council fined the companies Agrana Sales & Marketing GmbH, Agrana Romania SRL, and Lucsor Impex SRL a total RON52.09 million (approximately EUR10.22 million) for participating in an anti-competitive agreement on the Romanian sugar market.
