Romanian Antitrust Watchdog Investigated Five Allegedly Rigged Bids In 2013, Issued One Fine

Romania's Competition Council completed five investigations into alleged rigged bids last year and issued a RON12.5 million (EUR2.8 million) fine in one of the cases, according to the institution's activity report released Tuesday.
