The Romanian state, via the Ministry of Transport led by Ciprian Serban, is considering taking over the 20% stake Fondul Proprietatea (FP) owns in Porturi Maritime Constanta (CNAPMC) a move that would turn the state into the sole shareholder of Romania’s most important logistics hub.
