Romgaz, Liberty Galati Sign MoU to Build Gas-Powered Electricity Unit

Romanian state-owned natural gas producer Romgaz (SNG.RO) and steel mill Liberty Galati signed a memorandum of understanding on Wednesday to set up a joint venture for the development of a gas-powered electricity production unit, as well as wind and solar powered units.
