SIF Moldova Buys 18% Of Nord Share Capital

Regional investment fund SIF Moldova (SIF2.RO) acquired 18% of the share capital of the company Nord, controlled by the Pogonaru Family, which developed Veranda shopping mall in capital Bucharest following the liquidation of Real Estate Asset SA and the transfer of the ownership right over the stake, said the Central Depository.
