Siminel Andrei: Winmarkt's Sale Was NCH's Best Deal In Romania

Siminel Andrei, who runs the Bucharest operations of US investment fund NCH, one of the biggest investors in the Romanian economy 10-15 years ago, believes the best deal the fund made in Romania involved the development and subsequent sale of Winmarkt shopping center network, for which it collected over EUR200 million in two stages from Italian group IGD.
