Simtel Team (stock symbol: SMTL), an engineering and technology group and one of the leading national players in the renewable energy sector, on June 29, 2026 signed a contract targeting the phased transfer of a 14% equity interest in ANT Power Energy to Adrian-Nicolae Tita, an existing shareholder of ANT Power, for a total price of almost RON4 million, as per a stock market report on Friday, July 17.
