The number of IT specialists employed in Romania has seen a steady increase in recent years, making it one of the sectors with the highest salaries, as well as a high degree of workforce mobility, as per the study “What It’s Like to Work in IT in 2024,” conducted by the online recruitment platform bestjobs in partnership with Orion Innovation, a global leader in IT services and solutions.
