SVN Report: Bucharest-Ilfov Area Set to Attract over One Third of 2025 Mortgages

Bucharest-Ilfov region will attract more than one third of new mortgages granted nationwide in 2025, with the market due to overshoot the EUR5 billion threshold, in line with a report drawn up by online brokerage Ipotecare.ro and financial consultancy SVN Credit Romania.
