ANCOM Fines Direct Post Again For Monopoly Breach, Suspends Its Right To Operate Until Yearend

Romania's telecom market regulator ANCOM has fined Direct Post Services 40,000 lei (EUR8.755), for the third time, for breaching state-owned postal company Posta Romana's monopoly on postal services, and decided to suspend until the end of the year its right to operate.
