ANCOM To Change Strongly Challenged Provision In Auction Documents For Telecom Licenses

Romanian telecom regulator ANCOM will change the tender paperwork for the largest radio spectrum auction in Romania so that mobile operators Orange and Vodafone will not be forced to buy either more or less spectrum than they are currently using for the January 2013 – April 2014 period, ANCOM president Catalin Marinescu told ZF.
