Bucharest City Hall Rejects, Contests Telecom Regulator Decision On Operators’ Access To Netcity

The Bucharest City Hall and Netcity Telecom have contested in court the decision issued by the telecom regulator setting the conditions for telecom operators’ access to the city’s fiber optic network and are refusing talks with the association of internet providers, the association said Tuesday.
