Equity fund Catalyst Romania, administered by 3TS Capital Partners, has completed its first investment on the local market after taking over a 30% stake in legal platform avocatnet.ro, Mihai Sfintescu, partner at 3TS Capital Partners, told a press conference Tuesday.
