Drugmakers May Give Up Investments In 2014 On Clawback Tax Hike

Drugmakers operating in Romania will have to cease investments in 2014 and give up unprofitable products due to the 30% increase of the clawback tax in the fourth quarter of 2013, Dragos Damian, president of the Association of Generic Medicine Producers in Romania (APMGR), stated.
