Is Vodafone Buying Cable TV Operators In Romania, Too?

UK’s Vodafone, which signed deals to buy cable TV operators in Europe worth EUR15.2 billion in the last six months, might take a similar step in Romania to be able to provide integrated fixed, mobile and TV service packages. If it hesitates, Orange and even Deutsche Telekom might make the move.
