Law firm Filip & Company has legally assisted Latvian group Digmatix in acquiring Romanian company Elian Solutions and its subsidiary Elian Development Systems, a deal whereby the provider of Microsoft Business Applications solutions has entered the Romanian market and strengthens its CEE footprint.
