PitechPlus Takes Over MindMagnet, Seeks Local and International Expansion

Cluj-based software company PitechPlus has completed its takeover of MindMagnet, one of the main providers of Magento solutions in Romania, by acquiring the remaining stake of 49% in September, the company announced Monday.
