RCS&RDS Took Out Money From Citi To Pay 900-Mhz License - Sources

RCS&RDS borrowed on August 9 EUR25 million from Citibank in order to be able to quickly pay the tax charged by telecom market regulator ANCOM to operators that win one of the frequency blocks in the 900-MHz band for 2014-2029, market sources told ZF.
