RCS&RDS-UPC Deal Said To Have Fallen Through

RCS&RDS, one of the largest providers of communications and television services in the region, controlled by Oradea (Western Romania) businessman Zoltan Teszari, has halted negotiations to buy rival UPC, several sources close to the deal told ZF.
