Romtelecom Fined For Failing To Meet Obligations Under Mobile License

Romanian telecom regulator ANCOM has fined Romtelecom 200,000 lei (EUR45,000) for failing to meet its obligations under a mobile communications license, because the company installed only 788 base stations out of the 1,242 it was obligated to install.
