US-Held Idera Buys Local Startup Froala

Froala Labs, a startup established by programmers Stefan and Diana Neculai in 2014, which built a product that has become international market leader with more than 6,000 customers in over 100 countries including Apple and Samsung, was fully acquired in a deal that can be put at several million dollars. The buyer was US-held Idera, a provider of B2B software productivity tools.
