TeraPlast Group Gets Green Light To Acquire Control Over Depaco

Romanian building materials manufacturer Teraplast (TRP.RO) has acquired control over metallic roofing shingle producer Depaco in which it currently owns 67% of the shares and is going to hold 100% within four years at most, based on a promise of sale and purchase concluded with Depaco shareholders.
