Danube freight carrier Transport Trade Services (stock symbol: TTS) has appointed Ana-Barbara Bobirca to the position of Chairwoman of the Board of Directors following the retirement of the company's founder Alexandru-Mircea Mihailescu, TTS announced in a stock market report on August 22, 2025.
