Turism Felix Completes Tender Offer For Purchase Of Shares; SIF Transilvania Sells 1% Stake For RON1.9M

Hotel company Turism Felix (TUFE.RO), which administers a holiday compound in Baile Felix resort, near Oradea (northwest Romania), said Monday in a stock market report that it finalized the tender offer for the purchase of own shares, initiated on August 26, within which a total 316.4 million shares were subscribed, triggering oversubscription.
