New York-based investment fund GEM Global Yield will be able to invest up to $15 million in Norofert on the basis of an agreement signed with Vlad Andrei Popescu, Chairman of the Board of Directors and a significant shareholder of the company, reads a report the organic fertilizer producer submitted to BVB.
