VISA: Romania’s VAT Collections From Hotels, Gambling, Sports Activities Below 10%

Romania’s value added tax (VAT) collections are below 10% of the amount owed in some business sectors like hotels, gambling and betting, sports and entertainment activities, said Catalin Cretu, VISA Europe manager for Romania and Croatia.
