Law firm Wolf Theiss advised the shareholders of three companies operating in the electric power sector, Electroechipament Industrial S.R.L., Electroechipament S.R.L., and General Equipment Automation S.R.L., in the sale of their stakes to Adrem Group, one of Romania’s largest contractors and service providers for the electricity sector.
