Agriculture Contributes EUR15B To GDP In 2012

Agriculture, a sector that accounts for about 6% to 7% of Romania’s gross domestic product every year, contributed EUR15 billion to the economy last year, down 16% from the peak year 2011, according to the first official estimates released by Eurostat early this year.
