Romania attracted foreign direct investment (FDI) worth EUR7.9 billion in 2025, up 41% compared to EUR5.6 billion in 2024, according to the annual statistical survey on FDI conducted by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) and the National Institute of Statistics (INS).
