INS: Average Net Wage Inched Higher In February

Romanian average net salary inched 0.1% higher to 1,626 lei (EUR365) in February, from RON1,625 a month earlier, the statistics institute INS said Monday.

Gross average salary declined a mere 0.1% to RON2,247, the data showed.

In February compared with the year-earlier month, Romanian average net salary rose 4.7% in nominal terms. (EUR1=RON4.4603)
